One day at a time

“One day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at Time! Whatever it takes!”

I was diagnosed at 45 during a routine mammogram. 2 weeks later I was having a left breast mastectomy. They took 17 lymph nodes also. I had a micro metastasis. No chemo or radiation. I have been on Letrozole for 2 years, 3 to go.

May of 2017 was my diagnosis.

I’m doing well now. Gained 100 pounds the first year. Have lost 87 since.

Life is a struggle everyday but I have a wonderful family and faith in God. We’re are warriors, my friends. My only real advice is take your time figuring out the path you want to take. Don’t let anyone rush you, especially the doctors. I felt and still feel like I was very rushed. Love to you all… God Bless
